Paste a list of numbers and instantly get the mean, median, mode and range, plus count, sum, minimum and maximum.
The mean is the average (sum divided by count). The median is the middle value when the numbers are sorted. The mode is the value that appears most often. They can all differ, especially when a few very large or small numbers pull the mean away from the middle.
If every number appears the same number of times (for example all unique), there is no mode and the tool shows 'none'. If several values tie for most frequent, all of them are shown.
Type or paste them separated by spaces, commas or new lines. The tool finds every number in the text, including negatives and decimals, and ignores any other characters.
